This is the act of applying pressure to the feet or hands with specific thumb or finger techniques in a non-invasive way. It is based on the system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body onto the feet or hands. In this way, I can find certain areas of the foot or hand, which show an inbalance, thus relating to the area in the body.
Through the treatment or course of treatments, these areas of inbalance can be given a ‘kickstart’ by stimulating your body’s healing process. This will not only improve the way your body works, and it’s efficiency, but as a knock on effect, will make you feel a lot better!
It should not, however, be construed as medical advice. I am not qualified as a Doctor to diagnose illnesses. It is a complement to standard medical care.

This is based on the ancient healing system called Ayurveda.
The massage is invigorating and revitalising, working on the upper back, shoulders, scalp and face. These areas are massaged with a firm, gentle rhythmic action, involving marma or acupressure points.

This is performed with the client seated in a chair. The massage starts with the back, moving onto the neck then face, and finishing with the scalp. I use organic Tui waxes to massage with, with the option of having the oil on the scalp and hair also. The treatment lasts for approximately 45 minutes, with a detailed consultation beforehand.
