I am a fully qualified, insured and accredited Massage Therapist, practising in Bedfordshire and Bucks. I work from a clinic in Olney on Tuesdays and offer a mobile service on other days. I work within a 10-15 mile radius of Turvey, but will happily travel further if needed and have an ‘out of area’ charge to cover the extra time and travel.
I treat a variety of different conditions and injuries, and also specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage and helping to eliminate painful conditions that come with the changing pregnant posture. I recently undertook a Level 6 BTEC (equivalent to a degree) in Sports Massage Therapy, which is the highest qualification in the industry in UK. For this I had to complete a 10,000 word dissertation which I wrote on Pelvic Girdle Pain. I had to do specific specialist research on the subject and through extensive research both academically and practically I have now gained the knowledge to treat these ladies with experience and confidence.
I work with clients with medical diagnoses of chronic pain conditions and acute pain, such as:
Every client is unique to me and the treatment received will be tailor made to suit. I draw on the wide range of techniques I have learnt to cater to the specific needs. Whether you are in pain with posture or injury, or simply want stretching or relaxing, I have the experience and knowledge and ‘listening touch’ to insure you walk away feeling the benefits.
I am very passionate about what I do and constantly strive to be at the top of my profession through attending regular courses and workshops.
