A set of classes you can use on a holiday, just needing bands to work out with rather than having to take weights!
This contains 4 x 30 minute classes each with a 15 minute body stretch. It also contains some 20 minute specific body stretches, giving you 2 classes a week to complete.
A package containing a variety of stretches using either a soft spiky ball, a smooth foam roller or just using the body to lengthen and add relief to areas that feel tight or restricted.
6 x 1 hour long sessions you can complete at home. These are ideal for new mums returning to exercise after having had a a baby, or someone returning to exercise after a period of time off or after rehab.
6 x 1 hour long sessions which include a 20 minute HIIT, some core work and guided relaxation or visualisation for Birth
