Women’s Wellbeing Sessions

Retreat days are all about you.

A time away from all your responsibilities and a time to be able to catch your breath, find stillness and ‘just be’….

I run a mix of sessions so hopefully allowing you to fit this time into your week, month or year.

Each session will be slightly different but will always incorporate:

  • Time to think & be mindful
  • Fascial stretching using soft massage balls
  • Yoga, stretching or mobility work
  • Breath work
  • Guided relaxation
  • Yummy homemade snacks

 

The Pregnancy Time to Pause session will cater specifically for women at any stage of Pregnancy so you will be very safe in my hands and leave feeling nurtured and supported. There will be NO mention of labour, but concentrate on you, your body and your baby. Easing out any aches and discomfort through gentle yoga stretches as well as using the soft massage balls. We will spend time tuning into the baby and connecting with them as well as using breath work to work with the body whatever stage you are at.

 

The Relax and Pause session is for any women wanting to take time out to really listen to their body and give it back some love. As well as some mobility work and using the soft massage balls we will also find time to look within ourselves and try to ‘let go’ of emotions and feelings that no longer serve us well. You will leave the session feeling refreshed and light and with a plan to move forward.

 

Half Day – 2pm – 4:30pm – £30
